Fusilli with Superior Pesto, Speck and crushed Taralli

Right from the province of Avellino in Campana, a typical Italian dish of Fusilli with Pesto.

A wonderful combination on it’s own, the tradtional Pesto Genovese, contains basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmigiano and Extra virgin olive oil.  We decided to add the smoky flavour of speck to this dish along with the cruchy taralli to garnish.  Mixed altogeether, these fusilli are a feast to the eyes and palate.  Bon Apetito!
