At Pasta Balotta we are extremely attentive towards current trends and dynamics in alimentary requirements. Hence we have decided to further invest resources that enable us to cater for special cases that require a hand-made artisanal product made with specialised flour, such as whole wheat flour, rice flour, gram flour and others, or even filled with ingredients that match bespoke dietary requirements.
Our menus will always consist of a variety of specialised flours. We will always have wholewheat pasta and other types of pasta on our menu. We are very proud of our buckwheat flour pasta as it is not healthy and delicious.
